When multiple users work in the same system, giving everyone full visibility often leads to confusion, errors, and security risks. Different roles need different levels of access, not only to data, but also to menus, actions, search options, and discussions.
This solution gives you complete control over system access. You can decide which menus are visible, how users search data, which records they can create, edit, or delete, which actions appear on screens, and who can interact in chatter. Access rules can be defined user wise, role wise, or based on record conditions.
