Expense Audit
" This module adds an auditing workflow to the HR Expense Sheets in Odoo. It is designed for organizations that require a second level of verification or compliance before final approval of employee expenses. "

Introduces an "Audit" stage in the HR Expense Sheet approval process.

Adds a dedicated user group (Expense Auditor) with permissions to audit expense sheets.

Enhances security by restricting audit actions to authorized users only.

Go To: Expenses / My Expenses / Mark Audited Button
The "Mark Audited" button is used by the finance/audit team to confirm the review of an expense report. Once clicked, the record is updated to reflect that it has been audited. Only users in the Expense Auditor group can see or use this button.

To Be Audited Filters & Audit Filters
- The "To Be Audited" filter lists all reports that are pending financial or audit review.
- The "Audited" filter lists all reports that have already been reviewed and marked as audited by authorized users.
