Identify & Analyze Slow Moving Stock
This module helps management identify manufactured products that still have inventory available but have not been sold recently. It provides complete visibility into stock quantity, inventory value, manufacturing activity, and sales inactivity to support inventory planning and stock reduction decisions.

Step 1: Open Slow Moving Products Report
Navigate to Reports â Manufacturing â Reporting â Slow Moving Products.
Open the report wizard to configure report filters.

- Days Without Sales
- Product Categories
- Minimum Available Quantity
- Include Never Sold Products
Step 3: Generate Report
- Click Generate Report
- System fetches stock, manufacturing and sales data
- Displays products that have not been sold recently
Step 4: Review KPI Summary
- Total Products
- Total Quantity
- Total Inventory Value
- Highest Inventory Value Product
Step 5: Analyze Slow Moving Products
- Product Code
- Product Name
- Category
- Available Quantity
- Unit Cost
- Inventory Value
- Last Manufacturing Date
- Last Sale Date
- Days Since Last Sale
Step 6: Export Report to Excel
- Click Export XLSX
- Download complete report in Excel format
