Customer Sales Statistics
View customer sales performance directly from Contacts
Customer Sales Statistics adds quotation and confirmed sales metrics to every customer contact. Sales teams can review totals, averages, last order date, and open related confirmed sales orders without leaving the customer form.

Quotation Count
Track draft and sent quotations separately from confirmed sales orders so sales activity is easy to review from the customer record.
Confirmed Order Count
Count only confirmed sales orders in Sale or Done state, giving your team a clean view of real customer purchases.
Sales Amount Summary
Display total sales amount and average order value from confirmed sales orders using standard Odoo monetary widgets.
Last Order Date
Show the latest confirmed order date on the customer form to quickly understand recent purchasing activity.
Sales Orders Smart Button
Open confirmed sales orders directly from the customer form. When only one order exists, Odoo opens the form view automatically.
Customer Search Filters
Filter Contacts by customers with confirmed sales or customers with quotations using stored computed fields.
Where are the customer statistics displayed?
The module adds a Sales Statistics notebook page on the contact form with quotation count, sales order count, total sales amount, average order value, and last order date.
Which orders are counted as quotations?
Sales orders in Draft or Sent state are counted as quotations, separate from confirmed sales orders.
Which orders are included in sales totals?
Only confirmed orders in Sale or Done state are included in sales order count, total sales amount, average order value, and last order date.
Can users open related sales orders quickly?
Yes. The Sales Orders smart button opens confirmed sales orders for the customer and opens the form view directly when there is only one result.
Does the module create any new security access rules?
No. The module extends existing Contacts and Sales models only, so it does not require a new access control file.
