CRM → Reporting → KPI Reports
KPI Reports Menu:
Settings → Users & Companies → Users → User Form
KPI Monthly Target Group â Add salespersons to this group for automatic monthly target creation:
Technical → Automation → Scheduled Actions
Scheduled Action â Runs on the 1st of every month to create KPI targets for all salespersons in the group:
CRM → Reporting → KPI Reports → Form View
Manual Target Configuration â Create or adjust individual salesperson targets directly:
CRM → Reporting → KPI Reports → List View
List View with Color Indicators â Green row means all targets achieved, Red highlights missed targets:
CRM → Reporting → KPI Reports → Pivot View
Pivot View â Compare targets vs achieved across salespersons and months:
Pivot View with Filters â Use Current Month, Target Missed, and Target Achieved filters for quick analysis:
