Step 1: Navigate to mac Folder
Step 2: Identify Required Files
Inside the mac folder you will find 2 files
File 1): install_sh_mac_printer_server.sh
File 2): ShPrinterServer_1_0_0.zip
Step 3: Proceed to the mac Folder.
Now go to mac folder and do the below step.
Double click or Right click and Click on âNew Terminal at Folderâ
Step 4: Run Installation Commands
You can see something like this
If your Mac system is password protected,the terminal may prompt you to enter your system password. Please type your Mac password when asked and press Enter to continue.
After Installation complete it might ask for network access, Allow it, if you Donât Allow the app can not start.
Write below command one by one carefully :
chmod +x install_sh_mac_printer_server.sh
./install_sh_mac_printer_server.sh

Step 5: Check the app installation
1. After the step 4, in the terminal you can see the
ShPrinterServer_1_0_0 installed successfully.
2. If you encounter any errors during the installation process, please contact our support team via the contact information provided at the bottom of this page.
Step 6: App Installed but not showing in deck
1.Go to â Settings â General â Login Items & Extensions
2. Inside App Background Activity Enable the ShPrinterServer_1_0_0 App.

Step 1: Navigate to Ubuntu Linux Folder
Step 2: Identify Required Files
1: Inside the ubuntu_linux folder you will find 2 files
File 1): install_sh_ubuntu_linux_printer_server.sh
File 2): ShPrinterServer_1_0_0.zip
Step 3: Proceed to the Ubuntu Linux Folder
1. Now go to the ubuntu_linux folder and do the below step.
Step 4: Run Installation Commands
During Step 4, if your Ubuntu/Linux system is password protected, the terminal may prompt you to enter your system password. Please type your Ubuntu/Linux password when asked and press Enter to continue.
After the installation is complete, the system may prompt you to allow network access. Please click âAllowâ if you deny network access, the application will not be able to start.
1. Write only below command carefully, not from Image :
chmod +x install_sh_ubuntu_linux_printer_server.sh
./insall_sh_ubuntu_linux_server.sh
2. It may ask for a user password if your system is protected.

Step 5: Confirm Successful Installation
1. Write this command in terminal :
2. sudo systemctl status shprinter-server
3. Here Active : active (running) status will show in green color.
4. If you see the service inactive or getting an error during step
5.please contact our support team via the contact information provided at the bottom of this page.
Step 1: GhostScript Installation
1. Goto this given official link : https://ghostscript.com/releases/gsdnld.html
2. After Download Run this downloaded exe from Official Site :
3. Double Click on it.
4. Click on Next
5. Click on Agree button
6. Set Path as it is , if you want to change you can change.
7. Then Click on Install button
8. Let the installation finish
9. Click on Finish button.
10. After Finish The Installation Complete popup will open.
11. Click on Ok.
12. Hurray You Complete First Installation.
Step 2: Poppler Installation
1. Goto this site https://github.com/oschwartz10612/poppler-windows/releases
2. You can see the latest Release version there,
3. Click on Release-25.07.0-0.zip first blue line.
4. After downloading the zip file.
5. Right Click on the zip file and click Extract Here.
6. You will get extra folder called poppler-NN.NN.N [NN.NN.N is version]
7. Now double click on that folder.
8. Now double click on the Library folder.
9. Now Double Click on bin folder
10. Click on header to get full folder path
11. Copy this path
12. Now Go to search bar,
13. type âenvironmentâ Click on âEdit the system environment variablesâ
14. Click on the advanced tab. Then click on the âEnvironment Variables â¦â below
15. There are 2 things , I) Environment Variables II) System Variables
16. Now focus on âSystem Variablesâ and Find the âPathâ as variable name showing below
17. Blue highlighted box , Just 1 Click on that âPathâ and Click on âEditâ button.
18. You can see the list of variable path , now click on âNewâ button directly
19. Now paste your copied path previously to input box after clicking the âNewâ button as per below image
20. After pasted just click âOkâ.
21. Another Dialog box click âOkâ.
22. Another last Dialog box Click âOkâ.
23. Now to confirm whether everything is ok or not , let's confirm it.
24. Go to search bar and type terminal , open it.
25. Type Command this command and check the output : pdftoppm -v
26. Output will shows the pdftoppm version NN.NN.N
27. [NN.NN.N is a version can be anything]
28. Hurray you download all the dependancies.
Step 3: ShPrinterServer Installation
4. Right click on zip and click only âExtract Hereâ
5. You will get .exe file called âShPrinterServer_Setupâ with Softhealer Logo.
6. Just double click on it.
7. First it check âGhostScrip softwareâ and âPoppler softwareâ installed in your pc.
8. If both are found will then you will see the below popup âAll dependencies found!â
9. make sure you will properly install both dependencies.
10. Click âOKâ.
12. If any concerns about License you will contact the support team.
13. Do not change this all settings ,
14. Make sure âStart Menu Shortcutâ is Tick.
15. Make sure âAuto Launch on Startupâ is Tick.
16. Click âNextâ.
17. Set path wherever you want to install.
18. Click on the âInstallâ button.
19. Now Click âFinishâ
20. Hurray Now Everything is perfect, you did it.
