Get a centralized view of all your connected Jira instances, including projects, issues, and users, through a customizable dashboard for efficient project tracking, user management, and real-time collaboration.
Users can view the Recent Sync Activity directly from the dashboard, providing a quick overview of the latest synchronization, including successful syncs, failures, and their timestamps across connected Jira instances.
Click on any Connected Instance tile from the dashboard.
The All Instances list view displays all connected Jira instances.
Click the Imported Issues card on the Jira Dashboard to open the Imported tasks list view, where you can view and manage all tasks synchronized from the connected Jira instances.
Clicking the Imported Issues card on the Jira Dashboard opens the Synced Tasks list view.
Create an API token from the "Atlassian" account.
Copy the API Token.
Open Jira and create a project, task & sub task.
Project kanban view with task & sub task.
Enable "Jira Manager".
Select the link for instance from Jira.
Add instance email and API token here.
Press the "Authorise" button to successfully link.
Press the "Initial Sync" button to sync all projects.
Go to the project from the queue.
All your projects are here in the queue.
Select the project and click the "Manually Import" button to import projects manually.
Projects are imported with tasks & subtasks.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Attachments tab, and enable the Import Attachments
option to synchronize attachments from Jira instance into Odoo during the import process.
Click the Import Attachments button.
Enable the Export Attachments option in the Jira Connector Configuration, then click the Export Attachments button to export the selected Odoo attachments to the corresponding Jira instance.
The attachments are successfully exported to the corresponding Jira instance and are available in the Attachments section of the Jira instance.
The attachments are successfully imported from the connected Jira instance into Odoo and are linked to the corresponding synchronized record, making them available directly within the Odoo record.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Comments tab, enable the Import Comments option, and click the Import Comments button to import comments from the connected Jira instance into Odoo.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Comments tab, enable the Export Comments option, and click the Export Comments button to export comments from Odoo to the corresponding Jira instance.
The comments are successfully exported from Odoo to the connected Jira instance and are visible in the Comments section of the corresponding Jira instance.
The comments are successfully imported from the connected Jira instance into Odoo and are displayed on the corresponding synchronized record.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Projects tab, enable the Import Projects option, and click the Import Projects button to import projects from the connected Jira instance into Odoo.
The project import request is added to the queue for processing and can be tracked from the Log History tab.
The queued project import is also visible under the Queue menu, where you can monitor its processing status, execution progress, and queue details.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Projects tab, enable the Export Projects option, and click the Export Projects button to export Projects from Odoo to the corresponding Jira instance.
The Log History tab displays a successful project export log, allowing you to review the export status, execution details, and completion time.
The project is successfully exported from Odoo to the connected Jira instance and is created in Jira with the configured project details.
Enable the Auto Import and Auto Export options to automatically synchronize data between Odoo and the connected Jira instance without requiring manual import or export actions.
Run the Jira: Auto Sync Projects scheduled action to automatically import and export projects between Odoo and the connected Jira instance.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Tasks tab, enable the Import Tasks option, and click the Import Tasks button to import Tasks from the connected Jira instance into Odoo.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Tasks tab, enable the Export Tasks option, and click the Export Tasks button to export Tasks from Odoo to the corresponding Jira instance.
The task is successfully exported from Odoo to the connected Jira instance.
The tasks are successfully imported from the connected Jira instance into Odoo.
Users can view the Task Sync Status directly from the All Tasks list view.
The Task Sync Status is also displayed in the Kanban View.
Users can view the Jira Issue smart button on the Task form, providing quick access to the linked Jira issue associated with the task.
By clicking the Jira Issue smart button, the linked Jira issue opens directly in the connected Jira instance, allowing users to view and manage the task in Jira.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Webhooks tab, enter the Webhook Secret Key, and click the Register/Update Webhook button to register or update the webhook with the connected Jira instance.
Add a JQL Filter to limit the webhook scope so that only issues matching the specified filter criteria trigger webhook events and are synchronized with Odoo.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Users tab, enable the Import Users option, and click the Import Users button to import users from the connected Jira instance into Odoo.
The Log History tab displays a successful user import log, allowing you to review the import status, execution details, and completion time.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Users tab, enable the Export Users option, and click the Export Users button to export users from Odoo to the connected Jira instance.
The users are successfully exported from Odoo to the connected Jira instance, making them available in Jira.
The users are successfully imported from the connected Jira instance into Odoo and are available for assignment and synchronization within the integrated projects.
Go to the Jira Connector Configuration, open the Import tab, enable the Import Attachments and Import Comments options, and then click the Initial Sync button.
