The ShipStation Integration module bridges your Odoo 19 ERP with ShipStation's powerful shipping platform. Manage your entire fulfillment lifecycle without ever leaving Odoo — synchronize carriers and warehouses, get instant shipping quotes on sales orders, push orders to ShipStation for fulfillment, generate shipping labels with tracking numbers on delivery orders, and automate repetitive tasks with built-in scheduled actions.

Connect to ShipStation using API Key and Secret with Base64 authentication. Supports both Production and Sandbox environments. Test your connection with a single click.

💰 Real-Time Shipping Rates

Where do I get my ShipStation API credentials?
Log in to ShipStation, go to Settings → Account → API Settings. Generate or copy your API Key and API Secret.
Can I connect multiple ShipStation accounts?
Yes. Create multiple Account records and assign different delivery methods to different accounts.
Does it support both domestic and international shipping?
Yes. Services synced from ShipStation include domestic and international flags. Any service available in your ShipStation account can be used.
What happens if my product has no weight?
Rate fetching will return an error. Ensure all shippable products have a weight set in their product form.
Can I test without incurring real shipping charges?
Yes. Set the Account environment to Sandbox. Labels generated will be marked as test labels.
