This module helps reduce manual entry, keeps your data consistent, and makes day-to-day operations easier for online sellers, retailers, and anyone managing both systems.

To Configure the Shopify Instance in Odoo, follow these steps:

Open the Shopify App:
Go to the Shopify module from the Odoo dashboard. -
Access the Configuration Menu:
From the top menu, click on Configuration and select Instances. -
Set Up Your Shopify Connection:
Open the instance and enter the basic connection details such as your Shopify Store URL, Admin API Access Token, Secret Key, and API Version. -
Configure Import & Export Settings:
- Enable or disable Data Import and Data Export.
- Turn on Auto Create Missing Product if you want Odoo to create products automatically.
- Enable Auto Create Missing Delivery Carrier for automatic carrier mapping.

Inventory and Accounting Setup:
- Select where inventory will be managed - In Shopify or In Odoo.
- Set the Warehouse and Pricelist you want to use for Shopify orders.
- Choose the Shipping Product and Discount Product for order handling.
- Assign the correct Invoice Tax Account and Credit Tax Account so taxes are posted correctly.
This Fulfillment allows you to map your Shopify order statuses with the corresponding stages in Odoo. Here, you can define which Shopify sub-status should be used when an order is marked as shipped, cancelled, or paid.
The Status Mapping section lets you control how each Shopify order status is processed in Odoo. For statuses like paid, fulfilled, pending, or refunded, you can choose actions such as confirming orders, validating deliveries, creating/validating invoices, or registering payments.
Click the Activate button to activate your Shopify instance.
