Set Up
Install the Direct Print Report app from the Odoo App Store.
Go to Settings > Technical, scroll down to the Reports section, and click on it.
Scroll down to find reports in the Reports section and select it.
In the Reports section, go to "Advanced Properties" and enable "Default Direct Report Print".
Work Flow
Navigate to the desired report you wish to download where you have marked default direct report print Boolean. Once selected, go to the "Print" section and choose the appropriate option.
After you do that such screen will pop up...
In the Print Menu that opens, select your preferred dimensions,and proceed to print the document
directly without the need to download the report.
