Schedule Activity Reminder is a powerful Odoo activity reminder app that helps users stay on top of their tasks, meetings, calls, and follow-ups by sending automatic reminders for all scheduled activities. Set Up & Configurations
Schedule Activity Reminder:
Navigate to the Apps module and install the "Schedule Activity Reminder" app.
Work Flow
To set up reminder rules, Go to Schedule Activity Reminder > Reminders Setup menu, and click the New button to add a new reminder
Now you will see the form view below. In the Type field, you can choose between Popup and Email options. Select Popup if you want to display an in-app reminder, or choose Email to receive the reminder via email.
You will see the Time Before and Unit fields. In the Time Before field, enter the numeric value, and in the Unit field, select minutes, hours, or days. These fields define when the reminder will be triggered.
The reminder setup is now complete. You can now use this reminder configuration within the scheduled activity.
Now open a specific task, create a new activity, and select the email or popup reminder that you previously created.
The pop-up below will appear once the reminder time is reached.
Similarly, the email reminder will be sent once the reminder time is reached.
