This module is licensed under OPL-1 and is sold for use in Odoo environments only. Purchase of this app grants the buyer the right to use the software in accordance with the Odoo Proprietary License. SiPRO provides decision-support tools for inventory planning and replenishment. Results depend on system configuration, source data quality, and business processes. Buyers are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying operational changes. The module is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed business outcomes.
Scope: SiPRO plans single-variant storable products, one warehouse per company: the SiPRO Planning Warehouse selected in Settings, or the company’s only warehouse. Proposal and strategic stock state is held per product, and classification settings apply across the database.
Data Privacy
SiPRO is designed to operate within your Odoo environment. We do not collect user data, customer data, inventory data, or operational data on our own systems through this module. Based on the module code, the app does not include built-in mechanisms to transmit your business data to IOM Business or to external third-party services as part of its normal operation.
Your data remains under your control in your Odoo database and infrastructure, subject to your own hosting, access-control, backup, and security practices. Customers are encouraged to review the module code, deployment architecture, and any customizations in their environment as part of their normal technical and compliance review.
