Open the POS screen, click the log icon and the user can select a customer.
Clicking the log icon without selecting a customer prompts a warning popup instructing the user to select a customer before proceeding.
Transaction Histories
Transaction histories display upon clicking the log icon with a selected customer. It comprises POS and Sales module transactions.
Note: The log icon is accessible on all screens, enabling users to view transaction histories at any stage.
Users can further explore individual order details by expanding each transaction with a click on the arrow icon.
Invoice Printing
An invoice print button is provided for users to easily download the respective invoice.
Note: The invoice print button is accessible exclusively for orders with generated invoices.
