Open Sales Orders Directly
Dashboard KPIs are connected to Odoo sales records. Users can jump from the sales dashboard into the Sales Orders list to review order numbers, customers, salespeople, activities, company, totals, and invoice status without manually rebuilding filters.
Ready-to-Use Layout Presets
The highlighted layout selector lets users switch the dashboard workspace between Default, Executive, Sales Team, Product Analysis, Customer Analysis, and Custom Layout views. Each preset rearranges the panels for a different sales review style.
Quick Date Range Presets
The highlighted date selector gives fast reporting periods such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, and Custom Range. KPI cards and charts refresh from the selected period.
Custom Calendar Range
The highlighted calendar picker supports manual start and end dates for custom sales analysis. Users can inspect a specific campaign, month-end closing period, or any custom sales window directly from the dashboard.
Editable Revenue Trend Panel
The highlighted Revenue Trend panel includes panel tools for renaming, resizing, and arranging the chart. Users can personalize the dashboard title and panel size without developer changes.
Revenue and Orders in One Chart
The highlighted chart legend separates Revenue and Orders, making it easy to compare sales value against order count in the same timeline. This helps users spot whether growth comes from more orders or larger order value.
Detailed Revenue Trend
The highlighted trend area displays daily revenue movement across the selected date range. It gives sales managers a quick view of peaks, slow days, and recent changes without opening separate reports.
Order Status Breakdown
The highlighted Order Status chart shows how many documents are still quotations, sent, confirmed, locked, or cancelled. This helps sales teams monitor quotation progress and confirmed pipeline quality.
Top Customers by Revenue
The highlighted Top Customers panel ranks customers by sales revenue for the current filter period. Users can quickly identify which customers contribute the most to the selected sales performance.
Product Category Contribution
The highlighted Product Categories chart groups sales revenue by product category. This gives a fast view of which product groups are driving sales during the selected period.
Quotation Aging Follow-Up
The highlighted Quotation Aging panel groups open quotations into 0-7, 8-15, 16-30, and 30+ day buckets. Sales teams can see which quotations need follow-up before they go cold.
Recent Sales Orders Table
The highlighted Recent Orders table lists the latest confirmed sales orders with order number, customer, salesperson, order date, and amount. Each row can be opened to review the full Sales Order form.
