Add to add-ons folder
Copy the smart_activity_auto_planner_confianz module into your Odoo addons folder alongside other custom modules.
Update apps list
Activate Developer Mode and click Update Apps List from the Apps menu to register the new module.
Install
Search for "Smart Activity Auto Planner" in the Apps menu and click Install to activate the module.
Setup in Odoo Settings
Configure the Smart Activity Auto Planner through Odoo's Settings interface.
Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Auto Activities.
Enter Configuration Details
Fill in your Model, Status, Assigned To, and Activity Type.
Save Configuration
Click Save to apply the settings and activate the auto-planning rules.
For Example: Create a Purchase Order
When a Purchase Order is created in RFQ state, the module automatically detects the creation and triggers the configured activity. An email activity is assigned to the Purchase Manager to review the RFQ.
Activity Automatically Created
The configured activity is automatically assigned to the selected user with a deadline and note. The activity is created based on the configured Auto Activity rule and is linked to the related record, allowing the user to directly open and review the corresponding document.
