Step 1: Install QR Code Module

Easily install the Smart Product QR Code module from the Apps menu. This is the first step to enable QR code features in your system.

Step 2: Configure QR Code Settings

Access Inventory → Configuration to customize QR code behavior, including format, generation rules, and default settings.

Step 4.1: Generate QR Code from Barcode

Generate QR codes directly from product barcode. The system automatically encodes product data into a scannable QR image.

Step 4.2: Encode data from Barcode

Generate QR codes directly from product barcode.

Step 5: View QR Code in Product Form

Once generated, the QR code string and its corresponding scannable image are prominently displayed in the General Information tab.

Step 6: Manually Edit and Refresh QR Code

You can easily modify the QR Code string manually. Simply click the "Refresh QR Image" button to update the visual code instantly.

Step 7: QR Code Column in Product List

Easily track and manage all your QR codes directly from the main Products list view using the newly added QR Code column.

How to Use

1. Install the module.
2. Configure settings if needed.
3. Open a product form.
4. Click "Generate QR Code".
5. Save product.
