Smart Retention & Churn brings a real machine-learning pipeline to your Odoo CRM and Sales data. Built on scikit-learn and XGBoost, it scores every customer for churn risk, tracks customer health and lifecycle stage, and triggers automated win-back campaigns before revenue walks out the door. Feature engineering turns raw order history, engagement and RFM signals into churn predictions, while cohort analytics, lifetime value and exit-survey insight help your retention team act on the right accounts at the right time. Note: churn prediction is model-driven and requires your own historical training data to produce meaningful scores.
