Task Planner is a complete, standalone project management module for Odoo 19. Plan projects, assign tasks, schedule work sessions, visualise your timeline on an interactive Gantt chart, and get an executive-level overview — all with zero dependencies on other paid modules.
Key Features
Hierarchical Projects
Parent and sub-projects with start/end dates, priority, progress tracking, department assignment, and finish-to-start dependency propagation.
Structured Tasks
Seven shared workflow stages (To Do to Done). Set priorities, deadlines, milestones, recurrence rules, finish-to-start dependencies and multi-user assignments.
Work Sessions
Log planned and actual hours per task. Schedule sessions with multiple attendees, enable weekly recurrence, and view everything on a focused calendar (08:00–18:00 work-hours grid).
Interactive Gantt Chart
Drag-and-drop rescheduling with automatic dependency propagation. Sub-projects nest under parent rows, milestone diamonds are clearly marked, and dependency arrows connect related tasks.
Personal Dashboard
Each user lands on their own KPI overview: active projects, overdue tasks, planned vs actual hours, and recent sessions — with one-click navigation to the relevant list or form.
Executive Dashboard
A separate view for executives: department workload table, today's schedule by person, performance leaderboard (last 30 days), hours-by-project bar chart, task-state breakdown, and overdue project spotlight.
