The Property Management is an end-to-end real estate solution for developers, builders, and property management companies. It manages the complete developer workflow, starting from land acquisition and legal due diligence, procurement, inventory transfers, construction site execution, labor tracking, CRM sales, to RERA compliance.
With built-in compliance workflows like RERA verification, document checklists, construction progress trackers, material request workflows, and labor logging, this module keeps your real estate operations unified, organized, and secure.

⚙ How It Works
- Install the Property Management module.
- Go to Property Management → Land Management → Land Acquisition to register land parcels.
- Upload required legal documents, submit for verification, and get Manager approval.
- Directly create a Purchase Order / RFQ for the land and click Create Project once purchased.
- In the Project view, verify the automatically created default approval checklists and construction execution phases.
- Define the project Towers and Unit with pricing
- Track RERA compliance details, submit registration documents, and monitor approval status.
- Submit Material Requests for construction materials, generate vendor Purchase Orders, and track project expenses.
- Monitor construction phase completion percentages. Once completed, handover the unit to the buyer.
