🔐 Assign Label Builder Role to Users
Go to Settings → Users and assign the Label Builder permission — choose Label Designer (template access) or Label Manager (full control) per user from the Supply Chain section.
📂 Access from Inventory → Configuration
Navigate to Inventory → Configuration → Label Builder to access Label Templates and Print Labels — cleanly integrated into the Inventory menu.
📐 Design Your Label Template
Configure every aspect of your label — Paper Format, Orientation, Margins, Label Dimensions, Columns, Rows, Spacing, and Border. Add label sections with exact positioning, field type, font settings, and barcode type.
🖨️ Print Labels via Wizard
Open the Print Labels (SPX) wizard — select the template, set copies, add products with Internal Ref and Barcode, choose language and company, then Preview or Print directly as PDF.
📄 Generated PDF Label Output
The generated PDF label displays the Product Name, Internal Reference, Barcode (Code128), and Price — pixel-perfect layout ready for printing on standard A4 or thermal label paper.
