MyDSV Shipping Integration for DSV Carrier Operations in Odoo
MyDSV Shipping Integration is a native Odoo delivery carrier connector that links your sales and warehouse workflows with DSV/MyDSV shipping services. The module centralizes carrier setup, live rate retrieval, shipment booking, label generation, tracking updates, and cancellation inside Odoo so logistics teams no longer need to switch between systems for routine shipping tasks.
Configure the MyDSV carrier with API credentials, subscription keys, and shipment defaults such as transport mode, incoterm, package type, and label format. OAuth token handling, connection testing, and production environments keep API access secure and ready for daily use.
On quotations and sales orders, users can add MyDSV shipping with the standard Add Shipping workflow to fetch live rates based on order weight and apply the returned cost as a delivery line. After order confirmation, delivery orders use the same carrier to create draft bookings, validate shipments, and retrieve labels and tracking references automatically.

Open Sales > Configuration > Delivery Methods to view the MyDSV shipping carrier available as a provider in Odoo.
MyDSV Carrier Configuration
Click Refresh Token to generate or renew the OAuth access token required for authenticating all MyDSV API requests.Central configuration area for managing MyDSV API credentials, subscription keys, customer settings, and shipment default parameters used across the integration.
Quotation with Add Shipping
On the sales quotation, use the Add shipping button to calculate and apply MyDSV shipping charges before order confirmation.
Get MyDSV Shipping Rate
Select MyDsv shipping in the Add a shipping method wizard, click Get rate to retrieve the live cost from DSV APIs, then add it to the quotation.
MyDSV Shipping Line on Quotation
The returned MyDSV shipping charge is added as a delivery line item on the quotation. Confirm the order to continue the shipment workflow.
Validate Delivery and Create Draft Booking
Validate the delivery order to submit the shipment to MyDSV. The system creates a draft booking and logs the booking ID in chatter.
MyDSV Portal Draft Booking
The draft booking created from Odoo appears in the MyDSV portal under Booking > Drafts with sender, receiver, and booking reference details.
Generate Label and Tracking on Delivery Order
Use Generate DSV Label and Tracking on the delivery order. The MyDSV booking reference is stored in the tracking reference field.
MyDSV Portal Shipment Overview
Track the booked shipment in the MyDSV portal Shipment Overview with booking ID, status, pick-up, and delivery details.
DSV Shipping Label
The module retrieves the DSV shipping label with booking reference, package weight, goods description, and barcodes ready for printing.
Cancel Delivery
User can cancel their delivery by clicking on "Cancel" button.
Cancellation Confirmation
After clicking on "Cancel" button a Confirmation wizard will open where user need to click on "Ok" button to cancel delivery.
Shipment Cancelled Message
Displays a confirmation message in the chatter indicating that the shipment has been successfully cancelled. Click on the "Send to Shipper" button to resend the shipment.
Create Shipment
A new shipment has been created, and a new label has also been generated.
