ShipStation Shipping Integration V2 for Odoo Delivery Operations
ShipStation Shipping Integration V2 is a native Odoo delivery carrier connector that links your sales workflow with ShipStation V2 APIs. The module centralizes API configuration, master data synchronization, live rate retrieval and shipment creation inside Odoo so logistics teams no longer need to switch between systems for routine shipping tasks.
Configure the ShipStation API key and use Synchronize ShipStation to import carriers, services, packages, and warehouses from your ShipStation account. Map these records on the delivery method with carrier, service, package, and warehouse defaults for rate and shipment requests.
On quotations and sales orders, users can add ShipStation shipping with the standard Add Shipping workflow to fetch live rates based on order weight and apply the selected cost as a delivery line. Selected rate, service, and carrier details are stored on the sales order for downstream processing.
After order confirmation, delivery orders use the same carrier to create ShipStation shipments on validation. Shipment IDs, service codes, and sync details are stored on the delivery order and logged in chatter for end-to-end visibility from quotation to shipped delivery.
