Overview
Managing vendor bills can be complex, especially when waiting for the 3-Way Match verification. This module provides **instant visual feedback** by adding status ribbons directly onto your Vendor Bills, allowing your accounting team to see at a glance whether a bill is ready for payment or requires attention.
Yes - Ready to Pay
Automatically displays a green "Yes" ribbon when the 3-Way Match status confirms the bill is cleared for payment.
No - Do Not Pay
Instant red "No" ribbon appears if the validation fails or payment is explicitly prohibited, preventing costly errors.
Exceptions
A warning "Exception" ribbon highlights bills that fall outside standard parameters, flagging them for managerial review.
