Automatically Apply Analytic Distribution Models to POS Journal Entries in Odoo.
Enhance Odoo Point of Sale accounting by automatically applying Analytic Distribution Models to POS-generated journal entries. Ensure structured analytic allocation without adding custom configuration fields to POS. This module uses Odoo’s native analytic distribution framework, ensuring full compatibility with standard accounting workflows while improving profitability tracking and financial reporting.
Automatically apply analytic distributions when POS sessions generate accounting entries. The system evaluates predefined Analytic Distribution Models and assigns the correct analytic allocation to journal items.
Distribution rules can be defined based on account code prefix, product category, or POS configuration — all configured using native Odoo analytic distribution models.
