Filters sale orders first, then prints only the matching sale order lines. If specific products are selected, only those product lines are printed.

Full Sale Order Line Details
Each line shows order reference, date, customer, salesperson, product, description, UoM, quantity, unit price, discount, taxes, subtotal, qty delivered, qty invoiced, and more.
Group By & Display Options
Group results by Customer, Salesperson, Sales Team, or Product. Toggle discount, taxes, and subtotal columns on or off as needed.
Chatter & Live Preview
The wizard includes a chatter for notes and a live line count badge that instantly shows how many lines match the selected filters before generating the report.
Report Wizard
The wizard opens from Sales → Reporting → Advanced Sales Report. Set all your filters and choose PDF, XLSX, or both before generating.
PDF Report Output
Professional A4 landscape PDF with applied filter summary, full sale order line details, group subtotals, and grand total.
XLSX Export
Formatted Excel export with color-coded headers, group totals, grand total row, and frozen header panes for easy navigation.
