Users can add and store credentials here and set visibility based on departments, allowing all employees/users within a selected department to access it, or they can assign access to individual users by selecting specific users manually.

Users can upload and store shared documents here and control visibility by department, allowing all employees/users within a selected department to access them, or assign access to specific users individually as needed.

Users can select a department, and all users/employees under that department are automatically populated in the list. They can also select a department to remove, which will remove all associated users/employees from the list

Click on “Add a line” to add users individually to the list, enabling you to grant access to multiple users one by one.
