This module allows employees to configure their own outgoing mail server (SMTP) directly from their profile. Each user can send emails using their own email account instead of the default system email.

Configure SMTP Settings
Users can configure their own SMTP server settings directly from the Employee form. By entering details such as SMTP server, port, username, and password, employees can create their personal outgoing mail server and send emails using their own account.
Manage & Test Email Configuration
After creating the SMTP configuration, users can modify their settings at any time using the Update button. They can also test the connection and send test emails to ensure that the email configuration is working correctly with their personal outgoing mail server.
Available in Odoo 18.0,19.0 community.
