Fully delegates exit Q&A to Odoo's built-in Survey module. Supports text, selection, rating, yes/no and scale question types.

Exit Interview Form
The form view auto-fills employee details (department, job title, supervisor, date of joining, last working day) on selection. HR selects a survey, then clicks Send to Employee to send the secure survey link directly to the employee's email. A warning is shown if no survey is configured for the employee's department.
Exit Survey Configuration
Inside any Survey form, tick Exit Interview Survey and map it to one or more departments. The module auto-selects the correct survey for an employee as soon as they are chosen on the exit interview form. Add questions using Add a question or group them using Add a section.
