Live dashboard showing assessment counts for today, this month, and this year — along with top scorers, score distribution by range, employee count by performance status, top 10 performers chart, and a last 7 days activity table.

Configure the employee designation to be assessed, define assessor designations, and assign KPI parameters per assessor designation. Set a grace period (in days) to control how long scores can be edited after the assessment period ends.

View all employee assessments with their period, net score, and performance status. Send email invites to assessors, download the Excel report, or cancel assessments directly from the list view.

Each assessment form shows a score matrix — assessors on the Y-axis with their designation, KPI parameters on the X-axis, individual scores per cell, and a row total per assessor. Net score and performance status are automatically computed from the score lines.

Assessors receive an email with a secure token link to enter scores directly from the browser — no Odoo login required. The portal shows only the assessments assigned to that assessor, and blocks edits once the grace period has expired.

Define KPI parameters with a name, description, max score, and sequence. Parameters can be linked to specific employee designations and are reused across assessment configurations.

Select a designation and month/year to generate an Excel report. The output contains a QUESTIONARE sheet (parameters with max scores) and one sheet per assessor designation — each with one table per evaluator listing employees, their scores per parameter, and row totals.

Define performance status levels (e.g. Excellent, Good, Average, Needs Improvement) with a From Score and To Score range per company and branch. The system automatically assigns a status to each assessment based on its net score.
