This screen allows users to create and manage meeting room bookings by entering the meeting subject, selecting a meeting room, specifying the start and end date/time, and providing the participant count. Based on the selected meeting room, the available equipment is automatically displayed. The system validates that the participant count does not exceed the selected room's capacity and prevents overlapping bookings by displaying a validation error if the room is already booked for the selected time period. The booking workflow is managed through the Draft, Confirmed, Completed, and Cancelled states. Additionally, the Configuration menu allows administrators to configure and manage Meeting Rooms and Equipment.

This screen is used to configure meeting rooms by defining the room name, capacity, responsible user, available equipment, and description. The Capacity field specifies the maximum number of participants allowed in the meeting room. The Active option allows administrators to archive or restore meeting rooms. The Bookings smart button displays the total number of bookings for the selected meeting room and provides quick access to the related booking records.

This screen is used to manage the equipment available for meeting rooms. Administrators can create, update, archive, or restore equipment records using the Active option. The configured equipment can be assigned to meeting rooms through the Meeting Room Configuration screen and will be available for meeting room bookings.

The booking list view provides search and filtering capabilities for efficient record management. Users can search bookings using booking reference, subject, meeting room, or organizer. The My Bookings filter displays bookings created by the current user, while additional filters allow records to be viewed by status (Draft, Confirmed, Completed, and Cancelled). Records can also be grouped by Meeting Room, Status, or Organizer for better organization and reporting.

The Calendar view displays all meeting room bookings based on their scheduled date and time. It provides a visual timeline of bookings, making it easy to identify occupied time slots, avoid scheduling conflicts, and review meeting schedules for each day, week, or month.
