Wizard Opens Up
The import wizard provides a simple and guided way to upload purchase data in Odoo by allowing users to select and upload an .xlsx file through the file upload button. It includes a Generate Template option that lets users download a sample Excel file with the correct format, ensuring proper data structure before import. Once the file is uploaded, the Submit button processes the data and automatically creates RFQs, making the bulk import process efficient and user-friendly.
Notification Popup
Displays a success notification upon submission only after records are successfully created. The popup shows the total number of records created in that operation, giving immediate feedback to the user. If no records are created or an error occurs during processing, the system prevents the success message from appearing and instead raises an appropriate error.
Available in Odoo 18.0,19.0 community.
