Advanced Shipping Manager Integration
Bring the Advanced Shipping Manager rules engine into Odoo. Real-time, rule-based shipping rates on quotes, product pages and website checkout - with clean hand-off to your existing FedEx, UPS or third-party label connector.
Native Delivery Carrier
Registers Advanced Shipping Manager as a standard Odoo delivery provider. ASM rates appear in the existing Delivery Method picker on quotations and at website checkout - no custom screens.
One-Click Service Discovery
A Discover ASM Services wizard pings ASM, lists every active service on your account (UPS Ground, FedEx Express, custom in-house methods) and creates the matching Odoo delivery methods in bulk.
Backend Rate Selector
On a quotation, Get Rate opens a popup showing every ASM service with its live price - sales reps pick the one the customer wants instead of guessing.
Storefront Shipping Calculator
A Shipping Calculator widget on every product page lets shoppers enter Country / State / ZIP / Qty and see real ASM rates before adding to cart - cutting abandonment from rate surprises.
Per-Product Overrides
11 product-level fields (origin ZIP, markup, flat rate per method, free-ship exclusion, invalid methods, excluded states / countries, restricted carriers, process time) override ASM's global rules without leaving Odoo.
Fulfilment Hand-off
ASM is rate-only. Link each ASM carrier to a Fulfilment Carrier (FedEx / UPS native, ShipStation, Shippo, Sendcloud) and label generation plus tracking is auto-delegated when the picking is validated.
Per-product origin ZIPs for combined rates from multiple warehouses.
Site-wide free shipping with per-item exclusions for bulky goods.
Block restricted countries, states or carriers before they hit ASM.
ASM credentials locked to the Settings administrator group only.
Compatibility Notice
This module is tested and certified to work with the vanilla (standard, unmodified) edition of Odoo Community and Enterprise. It depends on the standard Sale Management, Delivery, Website eCommerce and Inventory modules. The Python library jxmlease must be installed on the server for the ASM XML payloads to be parsed.
Label generation is delegated to whatever Fulfilment Carrier you select - either Odoo Enterprise's native FedEx / UPS connector or any third-party shipping module (ShipStation, Shippo, Sendcloud). Make sure your chosen fulfilment connector is installed and configured first.
If your Delivery, Website Sale or Inventory module (or any third-party shipping connector) has been modified by another developer, ASM rate fetching may not apply as expected. Please contact our support team before purchasing if you are running a heavily customized Odoo instance.
