DOT has no stock update endpoint. They manage their own warehouse. Sync is one-way: DOT to Odoo only.

No label or PDF endpoint in DOT API. Labels must be printed from the DOT portal after order creation.
Real-time Shipping Rates
No rate or quote API. Delivery pricing is configured as a fixed amount on the carrier in Odoo.
Merchant Order Approval
Approval is done by DOT operations team when they physically collect the package - not the merchant.
Return / Reverse Shipments
No returns endpoint in DOT API. Returns must be arranged manually via the DOT helpline.
COD Reconciliation
No API to confirm cash-on-delivery amounts collected. Must be reconciled via the DOT portal manually.
