Sale Approval Hierarchy
Route every sale order to the right approver, automatically. Set amount tiers, assign the team that signs off at each tier, and keep a complete audit trail in the chatter.
Amount-Based Routing
Each approval level holds a minimum and maximum amount. The quote's total is matched to the right tier the moment it changes.
Multi-Level Hierarchy
Build as many levels as you need: sales rep for small quotes, sales manager for mid-range, directors for high-value deals.
Group-Based Permissions
Approvers are assigned through standard Odoo security groups so changes in team structure are handled in one place.
Approve or Reject in One Click
Buttons appear only for users authorized for the quote's tier. No confusion about whose turn it is to act.
Access Protection
Any attempt to approve or reject outside of the assigned group raises an Access Error. Authorization is enforced server-side.
Full Audit Trail
Every approve, reject, cancel, and confirm action is logged in the chatter with the user's name for traceable compliance.
Compatibility Notice
This module is tested and certified to work with the vanilla (standard, unmodified) edition of Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise. It depends on the standard Sales Management module.
If your Sales module or related approval/workflow modules (such as third-party SO approval add-ons or custom security group overrides) have been modified by another developer, behavior is not guaranteed.
