Stock Forecast Confianz extends standard Odoo forecasting with a focused negative stock report, a projected inventory field, and automatic alerts for replenishment teams.
Projected Inventory
Adds a computed projected inventory value so planners can see a broader stock outlook than standard forecast alone
Negative Forecast Report
Creates a dedicated Inventory reporting view for storable products whose forecasted stock is below zero

Considers draft sales, purchase, and manufacturing orders to surface future shortages earlier

Live inside Odoo in three steps
Copy the module, refresh the apps list, install. No database surgery, no downtime.
Add to add-ons folder
Copy the stock_forecast_confianz module into your Odoo addons folder alongside other custom modules.
Update apps list
Activate Developer Mode and click Update Apps List from the Apps menu to register the new module.
Install
Search for "Stock Forecast Confianz" in the Apps menu and click Install to activate the module.

A clearer view of future availability
The module starts with Odoo's standard forecast and adjusts it with draft operational documents that are often visible to planners before they are confirmed.
Start from Odoo forecast
Reads the standard virtual available quantity already computed by Odoo.
Subtract draft sales demand
Draft and sent sales order lines are included so upcoming customer demand is visible earlier.
Add draft supply
Draft purchase orders and draft manufacturing orders are added to reflect likely incoming stock.
Flag risks faster
Products with negative forecast can be reviewed from a dedicated report and escalated by email.

Set up alerts in Inventory settings
Choose the company, assign recipients, and let the scheduled action handle daily shortage notifications.
Open configuration
Go to Inventory > Configuration > Negative Forecast Alerts.
Select company
Choose the company record you want to manage in a multi-company database.
Pick recipients
Add the Odoo users who should receive daily negative forecast notifications.
Save and verify mail
Save the form and confirm your outgoing mail server is active for automated delivery.

The Negative Forecasted Stock report isolates risky storable products and gives managers a direct forecast drilldown action.
