Overview
What This Module Does
Odoo 19 redesigned stock move journal entries — bundling and posting them differently than Odoo 18. This module restores per-move perpetual accounting using product-level interim clearing accounts.

A dedicated entry posts instantly on every validated incoming or outgoing move — no batching, no nightly jobs.

All interim account fields are company_dependent — fully safe for multi-company databases.

Vendor bills automatically debit Stock Input — GRNI balance settles the moment the bill is registered.
↩ Symmetric Returns
Customer and vendor returns reverse the exact interim account in the correct direction automatically.

Sold vs. remaining inventory portions calculated automatically — COGS charges only the sold share.

Scope
Move Types in Scope
Only supplier↔warehouse and warehouse↔customer flows are intercepted. Internal transfers, scraps, and adjustments keep Odoo 19's native behavior — safe to install on live production.

Setup
Configuration
Setup takes under five minutes. Per-product interim accounts are optional — if left empty, the module falls back to the product category defaults.

Once installed, a new Interim Accounts tab appears on every storable product. Configure Stock Input and Stock Output clearing accounts at the product level.

Without any per-product config, the module works fully — reusing defaults from the product category and company settings.
1 Install the module from Odoo Apps.
2 Open any storable product under Inventory → Products.
3 Switch to the new Interim Accounts tab.
4 Set Stock Input and Stock Output clearing accounts.
5 Validate a stock move — the journal entry posts instantly.
Important: only real-time-valuation storable products are intercepted. Service, non-storable, or periodic-valuation products keep Odoo 19's native behavior — safe to install on live production.
