Stock owner - portal
Portal pages where external stock owners (consignors / drop-shippers) can see their on-hand, incoming, outgoing and free stock, with Excel export.
What you get
- /my/stock overview - a pivot-style page per owner showing, per product and per warehouse: quantity on hand (from
stock.quantrecords owned by the partner in internal locations), incoming (open sale order lines where the owner is the buyer), outgoing (open sale order lines selling to other partners) and computed free stock (on hand + incoming - outgoing) - Drill-down pages -
/my/stock/free,/my/stock/incomingand/my/stock/outgoingbreak a product down by warehouse and location, list the underlying sale orders (order number, customer, ordered / delivered / to-deliver quantities, delivery date) and support delivery-date range filtering - Excel export - the overview and the incoming/outgoing lists can be downloaded as formatted .xlsx workbooks (one sheet per owner or per warehouse, frozen headers, totals row)
- Multi-owner access - a new
Portal access to see stock for Partnersfield on the contact lets one portal user view the stock of additional owner partners besides their own company; every route validates the requested owner against this list - Portal warehouse names - each warehouse gets a
Name on portalfield so internal warehouse names can be relabelled for external viewers
Configuration and use
Install the module and grant portal users access as usual. By default a portal user sees stock owned by their own contact and its commercial partner; to expose additional owners, fill the Portal access to see stock for Partners field on the user's contact. Optionally set Name on portal on each warehouse to control the label shown externally. A stock counter and menu entry appear on the portal home page.
The data model assumes owner-assigned stock: quantities are read from quants with an owner set (consignment), and incoming/outgoing figures come from confirmed sale orders, so the pages are aimed at fulfilment setups where you stock and ship goods on behalf of the owner.
Technical note
Uses openpyxl (bundled with Odoo) for the Excel exports and reads sale order data; product rows expose the customer_art_no field provided by the rlbooks_imp_portal dependency.
