How to see the changes:
Add a Note
Open a Transfer (Receipt, Delivery, or Internal). Go to the Additional Info tab (or "Note" field depending on your view). Add any text you want to appear on the printout.
Print Delivery Slip
Click Print > Delivery Slip. You will see your note printed clearly, along with new signature lines at the bottom for "Authorized By" and "Received By".

The note is not printing?

Fix: You would need to inherit the view and condition them if you want dynamic hiding (custom development required).
