Meta configuration
- Create a Meta developer application for the Odoo integration.
- Add the Facebook Page and Instagram content use cases required by your deployment.
- Generate a user token, retrieve the Page token and identify the Instagram Business account.
- Enter the App ID, App Secret, access token and account identifiers in Odoo.
- Test the connection, run a manual synchronization and review the logs.
Meta may require Live mode, Advanced Access or App Review for users outside the app roles. Requirements depend on Meta's current platform rules.

Transparent limitations
- Meta controls token validity, permissions, rate limits and API availability.
- Instagram commenter profile pictures are commonly unavailable through the API.
- Only comments explicitly published in Odoo appear on the website.
- Historical content availability depends on Meta's API response.
