How do I allow respondents to upload a file in my survey?
1. Go to Surveys from the main menu.
2. Open or create a survey, then click the Questions tab.
3. Click Add a Question.
4. In the Question Type field, choose Upload File.
5. If you want respondents to attach more than one file, check the "Upload
Multiple File" option.
6. Save the question and publish your survey.
How does a respondent upload a file while filling out a survey?
1. Open the survey link shared with you.
2. When you reach the file upload question, click the upload button
displayed on the form.
3. Browse and select the file(s) from your device.
4. If multiple file uploads are enabled, repeat the step to add more
files.
5. Once all files are attached, click Next or Submit to proceed.
