When managing products with hundreds of attributes (size, material, voltage, connectors, etc.), Odoo's native grid list or default attribute dropdowns quickly become overwhelming and unusable.

Product Hub introduces a faceted sidebar filter right inside your product catalog. Attributes are grouped automatically, each value shows a live matching count, and long value lists stay compact: the top values are shown first, the rest one click away, with an inline search box for facets that grow large. What does my purchase license cover?

Each purchase grants a single-deployment license: the right to install and run the module on one Odoo deployment, for your own use. It is not licensed for resale, redistribution, or reuse across separate deployments or clients. Within that one deployment there is no per-seat fee and no user cap, your whole team works with it. Running it in a second production environment simply calls for a second license, no negotiation, no hidden tiers.

What is included: support, refunds, and future updates?

Your purchase includes 6 months of bug-fix support from the date of purchase, we keep the version you bought running cleanly on your Odoo edition. Refunds follow the Odoo Apps Store policy and are handled within its 2-month window. The feature set is the one defined at the time of purchase: any future enhancements or new releases, should we ship them, are separate and are not retroactively included in an earlier purchase.

We run multiple projects, can we get volume terms?

Yes. If a single organization plans to deploy the module across several projects, get in touch and we'll work out terms together. We take on volume arrangements from five deployments upward, with preferential pricing and long-term commitments tailored to your specific case.

What happens after the 6-month support period ends?

The module keeps working, the 6-month window covers active bug-fix support. For verified end customers, we can extend that support to two years: this applies once a licensing-compliance agreement, together with the process that keeps it in force, has been signed. Reach out and we'll set it up.

I bought for v19, do I pay again to move to v20?

In most cases, yes, a new major Odoo version is a separate purchase, since each release is a distinct build we maintain. The exception is verified customers who were verified at the time of their original purchase and hold an agreement with us: their upgrade terms are covered by that arrangement rather than a full repurchase.

Which deployment environments does the module run on?

Every deployment that lets you install third-party modules, so Odoo.sh, managed hosts like CloudPepper, self-hosted and on-premise Linux servers, and local instances all work natively, with no external cloud dependencies. The only environment it cannot run on is Odoo Online (SaaS), which does not permit installing custom modules.

Does it modify my product data or Odoo's standard views?

No. Product Hub lives in its own menu with its own list and kanban views, so your standard Sales and Inventory screens are untouched. It adds one computed technical field to keep facet lookups fast, and never writes to your attributes, values, or variants. Uninstalling removes everything the module added and nothing else.

Does it support custom product attributes?

Yes. Product Hub reads your existing attribute setup directly, every attribute and active value already configured on your products appears as a facet and as an optional list column. Add a new attribute later and it shows up on its own, with no configuration screen and no mapping step.

Does it slow down backend searches?

No. Filtering itself runs as regular indexed Odoo domains, and the sidebar is cached by the web client so revisiting the view is instant. Counters are only recomputed when your filter selection actually changes. On very large attribute sets you can collapse groups you rarely use, collapsed facets cost nothing.
