Odoo Configuration

Configure NMI credentials.

Customer Invoice Payment

Portal Customers can pay their Invoices through NMI eCheck payment method ,by clicking on "Pay" button.

Fill customer details and click on "Pay" button.

The transaction is processed on the Odoo side and is initially set to the Pending state.

Once the transaction moves to the Settled state in the NMI Merchant Dashboard, the user must run or update the Odoo cron job responsible for ACH settlement payments.

After the cron job executes successfully, the transaction status in Odoo is updated to the Confirmed state.

The ACH payment transaction details can also be viewed from the NMI Merchant Dashboard.

You can also add items to your cart and make payments directly through the website.

Save NMI eCheck Payment Method

Select "Save my payment details" while making payment using NMI Payment Provider and click on "Pay" button.

Click on "Pay",a payment token will be generated after the transaction is successfully done on the NMI side.

Payment Using eCheck Tokenization

Select payment token and click on "Pay" button.

The transaction is processed on the Odoo side and is initially set to the Pending state.

Unlink Tokenized eCheck from NMI

Click on "Delete Icon" for unlink wallet from Odoo as well as NMI.

Wallet Deletion is successfull.

Void eCheck Transaction

Click on "Void NMI Transaction" to cancel the payment transaction.

Refund eCheck Payment

Click on "Refund" button to refund a Payment

At Refund time, one can enter Full/Partial Amount needed to be refunded.

The Refund transaction is processed on the Odoo side and is initially set to the Pending state.

Once the refund transaction moves to the Settled state in the NMI Merchant Dashboard, the user must run or update the Odoo cron job responsible for ACH settlement payments.
