Requirements and setup
Odoo 19.0 with modules sale, base_setup, point_of_sale.
Obtain Partner API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, Chain ID) from your Talabat partner onboarding materials or the official Talabat developer documentation you receive as a partner.
- Create an API configuration under Talabat → Configuration with company, Chain ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
- Create Vendors (Outlets) with the Talabat Vendor ID; set commission % and optional POS.
- Configure the webhook URL on your Odoo instance (path /talabat/webhook/order) in the Talabat portal as instructed by Talabat.
