1. Configuration of UPI Payment
Set up your global UPI ID and Merchant Name gracefully from the native Point of Sale Configuration settings under the UPI Payment section.
2. Set Payment method for POS
Create a dedicated UPI Payment Method. Enable the "Is UPI Payment Method" checkmark to activate its functionality. You can optionally override the global UPI credentials here for specific registers.
3. Create POS Order
Proceed as normal! Select products, finalize the cart, and proceed to the payment screen seamlessly.
4. Select UPI from payment screen
Click your UPI Payment Method on the left. A beautifully integrated pop-up instantly appears with the dynamically generated scan-to-pay QR code locking in the exact due amount.
5. Show UPI amount in receipt and Backend entry
Once confirmed, the transaction binds to the order! The UPI breakdown appears clearly on the POS Receipt, and it is automatically documented inside the backend transactions.
