Techmatic AI CRM Assistant
Your AI co-pilot for Odoo 19 sales. Every new lead is automatically summarised, scored Hot / Warm / Cold, checked for legitimacy, and researched against the company's public website — without anyone clicking a button. An autonomous orchestrator drafts and sends follow-up emails, reads inbound replies, and hands the conversation off the moment a human is needed. Provider-agnostic — works with OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.

One-Click AI Provider Setup
Configure the entire AI engine from a single Settings block: enable the master switch, pick a provider (OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude), enter the model name and an API key, and click Test Connection to validate the round-trip end-to-end. Advanced knobs — Temperature, Max Tokens, per-request Timeout, and a per-user Rate Limit to keep costs in check — are exposed for tuning but ship with sensible defaults. The API key is stored as a masked ir.config_parameter and is only ever visible to administrators in the AI CRM group, never returned to the browser.
Always-On AI Assistant Panel
A floating AI CRM Assistant panel rides along on every Odoo screen — open it from the wand icon in the top bar. Three quick actions (Summarize, Score, Next Actions) trigger AI on the currently open lead with a single click. Below them, a starter-prompt strip — "Summarize this lead", "Generate follow-up email", "What are my inactive opportunities?", "Suggest next action" — gives non-technical users an entry point into natural-language CRM queries. Chat history is per-user, scoped by record rules, and never crosses between salespeople.
AI Action Buttons on Every Lead
The lead form gains four AI action buttons in its header — Compose Follow-Up Email, Regenerate Summary, Rescore, and Refresh Suggestions — each only visible to users in the AI CRM group. Status badges next to the lead name surface the AI score, Hot / Warm / Cold band, priority, and a legitimacy verdict (Trusted / Verified / Suspicious / Likely Spam) at a glance. The chatter on the right keeps a forensic record of every AI run, including the model used, score, and the AI-drafted message body — so the salesperson always sees exactly what the bot did on their behalf.
AI Insights — Score & Legitimacy
A dedicated AI Insights tab inside the lead form brings every AI-produced field into one place. The Lead Score block shows the 0–100 numeric score, the Hot / Warm / Cold status, priority, last-refreshed timestamp, and a one-line rationale explaining why the model scored it that way. The Lead Legitimacy block surfaces a colour-coded verdict (Trusted / Verified / Suspicious / Likely Spam), the confidence value, and the AI's reasoning — combining deterministic heuristics (disposable email domains, missing fields, generic descriptions) with an LLM judgement layered on top. The autonomous orchestrator refuses to send outreach to leads flagged Suspicious or Likely Spam, protecting your sender reputation.
Legitimacy Signals & Company Web Research
Raw heuristic flags are rendered as a human-readable table: at-a-glance email class (Corporate / Free / Disposable) with the domain, completeness checks for phone / company / country / description, and three colour-coded sections — green Positive Signals, amber Soft Warnings, red Strong Warnings — each translated from internal codes to business-readable sentences. Below it, the Company Web Research block fetches the company's public website (derived from the email domain, with a company-name fallback when the email is a free provider) and shows the source URL, the fetch status, and reasoning when a site is intentionally skipped. SSRF-safe — all fetches refuse private / loopback / metadata IPs and are capped at 200 KB and 8 seconds.
AI Lead Summary & Suggested Next Actions
The AI Lead Summary distils every lead into a five-line briefing tuned for a salesperson: a one-sentence summary, customer intent, urgency band with reasoning, risk-level assessment, and a recommended next action. Below it, the Suggested Next Actions panel is rendered as a styled table with icons (📞 Call, ✉ Email, 📅 Meeting, 💰 Quote, 📄 Proposal, 🔁 Follow-up …), the concrete action description, and a When column (Today / Tomorrow / in N days). Both blocks are produced automatically within ~60 seconds of a lead entering the pipeline — no button click required — and stay current with the dedicated Regenerate buttons in the header.
