AI Call Button & Live Chatter Transcript on Every Lead
Every lead gains an AI Call button and an AI Calls stat button right in the header. The instant a call finishes, the whole conversation — the assistant's greeting, the customer's answers and the qualification outcome — is posted straight into the lead's Chatter, so your salesperson sees exactly what was said and what was learned without ever leaving the record. A new AI Qualification tab collects the extracted fields alongside the standard CRM data.
Every AI Call, Tracked in One List
The AI Calls list is your live control tower: call reference, lead, customer and salesperson, a real-time state badge (Pending → Calling → Answered → Completed, or No Answer / Busy / Failed), the detected language, the 0–100 lead score, the Hot / Warm / Cold grade, call duration and timestamp — all filterable and groupable for instant reporting.
AI Call Record — Full Detail & Executive Summary
Each call opens into a complete record: a status bar for the whole call lifecycle, the dialed number, trigger reason, attempt count and Twilio Call SID, plus a Qualification block with the lead score, grade and interest level. Managers get one-click Call Now and Reprocess / Re-score actions, and dedicated tabs for the AI Summary, Transcript, Requirements (JSON) and Score Breakdown.
Word-for-Word Call Transcript
The Transcript tab preserves the entire spoken conversation, turn by turn — exactly what the AI said and how the customer responded. Nothing is lost, and every field on the record is fully auditable back to the words that produced it.
Deep, Structured Call Logs
A dedicated logging model records every step of the call: Twilio status events, the outbound-call API request, live website scraping, and each provider round-trip with its HTTP status and millisecond timing. When something needs debugging, the answer is right there in the Call Logs — no guesswork — and an auto-cleanup cron prunes old entries.
One-Screen Configuration & Conversation Control
Everything lives under CRM → Configuration → Settings. Flip the master switch, choose the default language and the public webhook URL, then shape the conversation: pick the speech engine (real-time Twilio or Deepgram), tune the end-of-speech timeout, allow natural barge-in interruptions, and set the exact business name the bot speaks aloud.

Enter your Anthropic Claude key and model, your Twilio SID / Auth Token / caller ID, and your Deepgram key — each with a one-click Test Connection so you know the round-trip works before the very first call. Inbound webhook signature validation keeps the telephony layer secure in production.
ElevenLabs Voice & Auto-Call Triggers
Optionally plug in ElevenLabs for a premium voice — leave it empty and the bot falls back to a natural Twilio voice automatically. Then decide exactly when the bot dials: on lead creation, on assignment, or on stage change, with a configurable delay so leads settle before the phone rings.
Business Hours, Retries & Scale Controls
Calls are only placed inside your business hours, on your allowed days, in your chosen timezone. Retry count and delay, maximum call duration, maximum conversation turns, queue batch size and log retention give you full control over cost, cadence and scale — a DB-backed queue built to absorb 10,000+ leads.
