Provider Configuration
Connect a cloud print provider such as PrintNode: enter your API key, then use Test Connection and Sync Printers to pull every printer on your account into Odoo. The provider layer is pluggable, so more providers can be added without touching the core.

Track active and failed jobs in real time with their printer, provider, requester, copies and status. Retry, reprint, or push a job to the printer on demand.

A full archive of completed jobs — every successful print with its printer, provider, requester and timestamp — for a complete audit trail.

Print Routing & Per-User Rules
Enable direct printing per model and choose who prints directly — Everyone or selected users. A ‘Print to Hub’ action is added to that model’s Print menu, so allowed users print straight to the printer while everyone else gets the normal PDF download.

Print Job — Logs & Error Tracking
Open any job to see a full timestamped log of every step, a clear error banner when a print fails, and the raw provider response captured for quick diagnosis.
