Shiprocket Connector: FAQ
What do I need to configure?
Your Shiprocket API email & password, and a pickup location/pincode. Token authentication is handled automatically.
Can I try it without live credentials?
Yes. A built-in test mode simulates rates, AWB, tracking and cancellation so you can see the whole flow before going live.
Does it support COD?
Yes - both COD and Prepaid shipments are supported, and COD is factored into the live rate.
Where can I debug API calls?
Every request and response is stored in Shiprocket Logs, with status and messages, on the delivery order and in a dedicated menu.
