- Default Mood Score: Starting score for new tenants (default: 70)
- At-Risk Threshold: Score below which tenant is marked at-risk (default: 40)
- Happy Survey Increase: Points added for happy response (default: +15)
- Sad Survey Decrease: Points removed for sad response (default: -20)
- Expansion Threshold: Percentage of capacity triggering alerts (default: 80%)
- Survey Interval: Days between automated surveys (default: 90)
