The SurveyMonkey Connector brings every completed survey response straight into Odoo.
It automatically imports responses with their answers rendered as readable text, matches
or creates the respondent as a contact, and optionally generates a CRM lead so your sales
team can follow up — no manual data entry.
Responses arrive in real time through webhooks, backed by a scheduled polling job so
nothing is ever missed, and every sync is recorded in a transparent log.

Setup Instructions
Step 1 — Create a SurveyMonkey App
Sign in at developer.surveymonkey.com and create an OAuth app to obtain your Client ID and Client Secret. Set the app's Redirect URI to <your Odoo base URL>/survey-monkey (e.g. http://localhost:8018/survey-monkey).
Step 2 — Enter Credentials in Odoo
In Odoo go to Settings → SurveyMonkey and paste your Client ID and Client Secret.
Step 3 — Connect & Authorize
Click Connect SurveyMonkey and approve access. You are redirected back to Odoo with the connection established.
Step 4 — Sync Responses
Choose whether to create a CRM lead per response, then click Sync Now for an immediate import or Register Webhook (public HTTPS URL required) for real-time delivery.

Does your app work in Odoo Enterprise?
Our module is compatible with both the Community and Odoo Enterprise.
Do I need a public URL to use this app?
No. A public HTTPS URL is only needed for real-time webhooks. The built-in scheduled poll imports responses every 15 minutes and works on any instance, including localhost.
Will I get free upgrades and support after purchase?
